RESTORATION

In Ramah, Rachel’s weeping
For her children are no more,
And Ephraim is grieving,
But the Lord will soon restore

The fortunes of His people
Who are gathered in the land;
Then Israel and Judah
Will forever understand,

Because the law within them
Has been written on their hearts
By the very hand of God…
The new covenant imparts

Forgiveness and a cleansing
From iniquity and sin,
And God is in His Temple
Ruling from Jerusalem.
